Toplanan kişisel verileriniz, ElimSende Platformu bünyesinde kurulan ekiplere dâhil edilmeniz amacıyla; 6698 sayılı Kanun’un m. 5/2 (f) hükmünde düzenlenen veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaati hukuki sebebine dayalı olarak işlenmektedir.


İşlenen Kişisel Verilerin Kimlere ve Hangi Amaçla Aktarılabileceği

Toplanan kişisel verileriniz ekibe dahil olmanız için sadece ekip lideri ile paylaşılır ve herhangi bir üçüncü kişi ile paylaşılmaz. Verileriniz ayrıca bünyemizde saklanmamaktadır.

Ekiplerimize katılmak için vermiş olduğunuz isim, soyisim, telefon ve e-mail adresi bilgileri ekiplere dahil olmanız için sizinle iletişim kurabilmek amacıyla toplanmaktadır. Bunlar saklanmamakta ve ayrıca kayıt tutulmamaktadır.


Kişisel Verilerinize İlişkin Haklarınız

Veri sahibi sıfatıyla Platform’a başvurarak;

  • Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
  • Kişisel verileriniz işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,
  • Kişisel verilerinizin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
  • Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında kişisel verilerinizin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,
  • Kişisel verilerinizin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması hâlinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme ve bu kapsamda yapılan işlemlerin kişisel verilerinizin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
  • Kanun ve ilgili diğer kanun hükümlerine uygun olarak işlenmiş olmasına rağmen, işlenmesini gerektiren sebeplerin ortadan kalkması hâlinde kişisel verilerinizin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme ve bu kapsamda yapılan işlemlerin kişisel verilerinizin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
  • İşlenen verilerinizin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhini bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,
  • Kişisel verilerinizin Kanun’a aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğraması hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.


Yukarıda sayılan haklarına ilişkin taleplerinizi info@elimsende.net adresinden e-posta yoluyla ya da Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ’de öngörülen diğer başvuru usullerine uygun olarak Platformumuza iletmeniz durumunda talebinizi niteliğine göre en kısa sürede ve en geç 30 (otuz) gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandıracağız.
